Mounting Instructions: Pancake slip rings

There are two types of pancake slip ring: one-piece type and separate type, One-piece pancake slip ring, available solid and hollow hole type for option. The separate pancake slip ring is designed by combining the stator and the rotor with PCBA boards to save the space of the electric slip ring.

Mounting instructions:

The Pan cake slip ring has two relatively rotating upper and lower slip rings, when installing, it is necessary to fix the rotor part, and then insert the anti-rotation bar into the anti-rotation tab to ensure a certain degree of freedom. Do not forcibly fix the anti-rotation tab, otherwise it may damage the slip ring or shorten the service life.

Notes:

1. The slip ring must not bear other objects, and the wire must not be pulled by external forces.

2. When mounting the slip ring, do not damage the wire insulation.

3. Slip rings are precision electrical components, and should be protected from dust and moisture.

4. Make sure secure the screws

5. The stator lead is far away from the rotating shaft, and the rotor lead is far away from the fixed part to avoid scratching the wires during rotation.
