Mounting Instructions: Capsule slip ring with stator flange

Mounting instructions:

1.Capsule slip ring is designed with flange, and to be mounted with screws, as the flange is a part of stator side, it should be fixed on the static part.

2.The rotor should be driven with a flexible drive coupling to accommodate any differences in the assembly and slip ring’s axis of rotation.

Notes:

1. The slip ring must not bear other object over 1KG, and the wire must not be pulled by external forces.

2. When mounting the slip ring, do not damage the wire insulation.

3. Slip rings are precision electrical components, and should be protected from dust and moisture.

4. Make sure secure the screws.

5. The stator lead is far away from the rotating shaft, and the rotor lead is far away from the fixed part to avoid scratching the wires during rotation.

6. The stator and rotor of the slip ring can be interchanged according to actual applications.
