Mounting Instructions: Capsule slip ring with rotor flange

Mounting instructions:

1. The slip ring rotor and stator are difficult to ensure concentricity when mounting, secure rotor flange on the slip ring to the rotating body with 4 screws on the rotating part (or transition flange of rotating part).

2. Before secure the screws, ensure that the bulge of flange and the rotating part are on the same centerline to ensure the concentricity.

3. Insert the anti-rotation bar into the anti-rotation tab to ensure a certain degree of freedom. Do not forcibly fix the anti-rotation tab, otherwise it may damage the slip ring or shorten the service life.

Notes:

1. The slip ring must not bear other object over 1KG, and the wire must not be pulled by external forces.

2. When mounting the slip ring, do not damage the wire insulation.

3. Slip rings are precision electrical components, and should be protected from dust and moisture.

4. Make sure secure the screws.

5. The stator lead is far away from the rotating shaft, and the rotor lead is far away from the fixed part to avoid scratching the wires during rotation.

6. The stator and rotor of the slip ring can be interchanged according to actual applications.
