The outline structure of the through-bore slip ring with flange has the characteristics of both through-bore slip ring and capsule slip ring. When installing, generally the flange is the stator, and the hollow shaft is the rotor. But in some special applications where the hollow shaft is the stator, and the flange is the rotor.

Mounting instructions:

1. The slip ring rotor and stator are difficult to ensure concentricity when mounting, secure the slip ring to the rotating shaft with 4 screws.

2. Before secure the screws, please turn the slip ring firstly, after the slip ring automatically aligns the center of the shaft, then fix the screws.

3. Insert the anti-rotation bar into the anti-rotation tab to ensure a certain degree of freedom. Do not forcibly fix the anti-rotation tab, otherwise it may damage the slip ring or shorten the service life.

Notes:

1. The slip ring must not bear other objects, and the wire must not be pulled by external forces.

2. When mounting the slip ring, do not damage the wire insulation.

3. Slip rings are precision electrical components, and should be protected from dust and moisture.

5. The stator lead is far away from the rotating shaft, and the rotor lead is far away from the fixed part to avoid scratching the wires during rotation.
